OUR DIRECTIVES RECEIVE TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION

A hotel never makes vacations. But there are seasons like summer that allow us to make a short break to receive training. That is precisely what we did last July: the Daguisa Hotels management team and the customer service staff did a communication training session.
The trainer gave us teaching material
The day was given by Anna Caballero, who is responsible for training at our Undatia Communication agency. We organize it in three sessions of two mornings and one afternoon, for three groups of between eight and nine people.

Anna Caballero explained that we should not feel guilty of being afraid to speak in public. But that fear can be overcome with proper preparation.
Training for more effective communication
The first thing to keep in mind is that communication is not just talking, but convincing. To achieve this, there are verbal and nonverbal communication. The gestures we make, the looks, the clothes we wear ... Everything communicates.
The training had a very practical part
The communication trainer taught us to be aware of what we say and how we say it, so that we know how to sort the ideas, start and finish. And, thanks to a very practical part, it was possible to record all the summoned personnel, so that they could learn and correct what was needed, especially in nonverbal communication. In addition, we had the opportunity to work on the key messages of Daguisa Hotels and Louvre Hotels Group, which is the international chain to which half of our hotels are attached.
Our team valued the training received in a very positive way
We all realized the importance of knowing how to communicate our messages correctly. Not only to the clients of the hotel, but to the personnel we have in our charge. Anna Caballero explained that internal communication is essential to transmit the values and objectives of the company and maintain a good working environment and motivation of the staff.
After the sessions, we all left very grateful for the training we received.
